HOW TO USE YOUR SAGE

Light the sage and say a prayer with your intentions. There is no right or wrong way to smudge. Just do what comes natural to you and go with your own intuition.

Move around the house, object or work place, in a clockwise direction. Remember to smudge in room corners, closet, draws and garages etc... When you have smudge all areas, return to where you started and extinguish your smudge stick. Always remember to say thank you.
